Jeff entered into creating stickwork furniture as a means of keeping his hands busy during a very slow economy. With over 30 years working as a carpenter, he certainly had more that enough experience handling wood to approach making furniture with a high degree of confidence.
He had always been interested in and drawn to rustic furniture and Adirondack style chairs. Eventually he began to see Adirondack chairs with a rustic flair in his mind. He designed several Adirondack chairs using hand hewn boards with stickwork accents as well as Adirondacks that were made completely from sticks. As they say, the rest is history.
As he refined these chairs, other ideas began to grow: tables, benches, arbors, wine racks and the list grew from there. Today Jeff creates a wide variety of items, from furniture to home decor pieces to garden art.
